How does Impora get access to my OneDrive folder?+

You sign in once with your Microsoft 365 account and grant access to a single folder. There is no shared login, and you can revoke Impora from your Microsoft account at any time.

What file types are imported from the folder?+

CSV and Excel files (.csv, .xlsx, .xls) are processed for import. Other file types in the folder are ignored rather than imported.

Do recurring files import automatically?+

You choose. Turn on automatic import and Impora checks the folder every 15 minutes, importing any new file as it appears; or leave it manual and run the folder when you are ready.

Can OneDrive imports validate linked records?+

Yes. Validation follows your saved Airtable template, including required fields, formats, select options, and linked-record behavior where configured.

Can OneDrive workflows include exports?+

Yes. Export and roundtrip connector modes can deposit files back to a connected OneDrive folder where configured.
