Each record created or updated in Airtable counts as one row. Manual uploads allow up to 2,000 rows per file across all plans. Connector imports have separate per-run and monthly included volumes that vary by plan. Rows that fail validation or are skipped during review do not count against your volume.
Connectors link Impora to your cloud storage (SharePoint, OneDrive, or Google Drive) or an inbox. Once connected, files dropped in a monitored folder are automatically picked up, validated against your Airtable schema, and imported. You can also schedule exports from Airtable back to your cloud folder.
Starter is $19/mo for solo operators automating a single source. It includes 3 Airtable bases, unlimited import templates, one connected source with auto-import and scheduled export, and connector included volume of 25,000 rows per run and 150,000 rows per month. Custom branding and the embed widget start on Pro.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access until then.
Manual uploads are capped at 2,000 rows per file; that is the one hard cap. Connector included volumes are fair-use: 25,000 per run / 150,000 per month on Starter, 50,000 / 500,000 on Pro, and 100,000 per run with unlimited monthly volume on Business. We reach out before anything is throttled.
The 2,000-row limit applies to manual uploads only. If you regularly import larger files, connect a cloud folder instead. Connector imports handle up to 25,000 rows per run on Starter, 50,000 on Pro, and 100,000 on Business. Just drop your file in the connected folder and Impora processes it automatically.
No. Anyone with your upload link can submit data through the branded intake flow. They don't need an Airtable account, an Impora login, or anything installed.
Yes, on Pro and Business plans. You get an embed widget you can drop into any webpage or app. Your Airtable base stays completely hidden from uploaders.

Uploaded files are processed to run validation and import, retained securely for up to 30 days for troubleshooting and audit purposes, then purged according to the retention policy. Impora only uses your Airtable token to perform the actions you authorise.
