For Whalesync users · HubSpot Sync coming 2026

The AirtableHubSpot sync Whalesync no longer offers.

Whalesync has archived its HubSpot connector and moved on to website and CMS sync. Impora is being built for the Airtable ↔ HubSpot use case it left behind, with matching, validation, and a diff you approve before anything writes.

Free to join · No payment method required · A chance at beta access when it opens.

What happened to Whalesync + HubSpot

Whalesync retired HubSpot. Here's where to land.

Whalesync docs · Previous Connectors → HubSpotArchived

"This connector is no longer offered by Whalesync."

"Existing syncs will continue to run, but future improvements and support will be limited."

Whalesync documentation, Previous Connectors → HubSpot (docs.whalesync.com, accessed 1 Jul 2026).

It's not just HubSpot. Whalesync retired its whole CRM connector lineup, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and more, to focus on spreadsheet-to-website sync. It's still excellent at that. It just no longer serves Airtable ↔ HubSpot.

Whalesync is still great at spreadsheet-to-website sync. It just doesn't do Airtable ↔ HubSpot anymore. That is exactly what we are building.

Built for exactly this

Everything the sync does, in the open.

Six pillars define the launch feature set. Expand any one for the line-by-line detail.

Multi-object syncContacts, Companies & Deals, plus their associations, in both directions.Details
  • Contacts ⇄ HubSpot: bidirectional
  • Companies ⇄ HubSpot: domain-matched
  • Deals ⇄ HubSpot: pipeline & stage aware
  • Associations kept in sync: Contact↔Company, Contact↔Deal, Company↔Deal
  • One object-agnostic engine: the same safety rules apply to every object
Review before writesPreview and approve every change before it hits either system.Details
  • Baseline preview: creates / links / updates / skips with counts before the first write
  • Approve the diff before anything is written to either system
  • Pre-write validation catches bad values before they reach Airtable or HubSpot
  • Field-level conflict review: you choose the winner when both sides change
  • Last-write-wins by default, manual override when you need it
Data transformationsValues translated between Airtable & HubSpot automatically.Details
  • Option mapping: Airtable choices ↔ HubSpot dropdown values
  • Checkbox ↔ dropdown mapping
  • Phone normalization: format differences don't trigger pointless re-writes
  • Percent scaling: Airtable fractions (0.42) ↔ HubSpot percent-points (42)
  • Duration conversion: seconds ↔ minutes / hours
  • Computed fields (formulas, rollups, timestamps) pulled into HubSpot, source-only
Schema drift protectionAuto-pause when a field or option changes; verify before resume.Details
  • Detects deleted fields, type changes, removed dropdown options, permission changes
  • Auto-pauses only the affected mapping (or the whole config on identity/auth loss)
  • Verify-before-resume: re-checks the schema after you fix it, instead of hoping
  • Tracks when a deleted option would break a transform
Scope & safe creationChoose who syncs; match don't duplicate; nothing deleted.Details
  • Inclusion filters: an Airtable view/field rule + a HubSpot property rule decide who syncs
  • Direction configured independently (Airtable→HubSpot and HubSpot→Airtable separately)
  • Safe create-or-link: match existing records, never spawn duplicates
  • Out-of-scope records are paused, never deleted
Observability you trustRun history, mapping health, conflict log, full audit trail.Details
  • Run history: creates, updates, links, skips, conflicts, failures per run
  • Mapping health: is it fresh? drifted? conflicts pending? last write when?
  • Durable audit trail: who changed what, when, and why, on every write
  • Email alerts for blocking drift, paused mappings, and items needing review

Airtable ↔ HubSpot, today vs at launch

The honest comparison.

Whalesync's HubSpot connector was capable while it ran. The difference now is availability, and the control Impora adds on top.

1 Whalesync's docs list HubSpot as an archived previous connector: "This connector is no longer offered by Whalesync." (accessed 1 Jul 2026). New HubSpot syncs can't be created.

2 Whalesync's HubSpot connector historically supported two-way sync across Contacts, Companies, Deals, associations and 15+ objects. It is now archived: existing syncs run with limited support, and new syncs can't be created.

Impora Sync is in active development; capabilities shown are the target design for launch. Whalesync details reflect its published documentation as of 1 July 2026.

How you'd move over

Recreate the mapping, not the headache.

There's no config to export from Whalesync, so setup starts fresh. Impora makes that fast by reading your live schemas and letting you rehearse the first run.

1

Start from your live schemas

Whalesync has no public config export we can import from, so mappings are recreated. Impora reads your Airtable base and HubSpot properties automatically, so setup is guided rather than manual.

2

Map fields in guided setup

Point Airtable fields at HubSpot properties with required-field and select-value checks built in. Roughly 30 to 60 minutes for a moderately complex base (estimate).

The safeguard
3

Rehearse the first run

Run the first sync in preview mode: see every create, link, update, and skip before anything is written. Approve when it looks right.

On the roadmap: a guided migration walkthrough

Planned for v1. It won't auto-import old Whalesync configs, but it will walk you through the equivalent Impora setup with your schema pre-loaded.

The waitlist

Free. Gets you launch updates and a chance at beta access. It does not lock a price.

Founder pricing

Being an Impora Business customer before launch locks the founder rate for as long as you stay subscribed.

Questions from Whalesync users

Will Impora import my Whalesync configs?

No. There's no public Whalesync export we can import from, so setup starts fresh. It's guided, though: Impora reads your live Airtable and HubSpot schemas and walks you through the mapping.

Is there a migration tool?

A guided migration walkthrough is planned for v1. It won't auto-import old configs, but it will walk you through the equivalent Impora setup with your schema pre-loaded.

How does pricing compare?

HubSpot Sync launches at $249/mo. Business customers who join before launch qualify for founder pricing of $149/mo, locked for as long as they stay subscribed. Whalesync's legacy HubSpot pricing is moot now that the connector is retired.

When can I switch?

Beta is opening in 2026. Joining the waitlist gets you launch updates and a chance at beta access as soon as it's ready.
